Hitbot Z-ESC-70 – Electric Vacuum Gripper for Flexible Automated Handling

The Hitbot Z-ESC-70 is a compact electric vacuum gripper designed for automated pick-and-place, material handling, and robotic manipulation applications. Unlike traditional pneumatic vacuum systems, the Z-ESC-70 generates vacuum electrically and requires no external compressed air supply, simplifying installation and reducing operating costs.

Featuring a maximum vacuum level of 50% and a flow rate of 15 L/min, the system provides reliable suction performance for handling a wide range of flat and airtight workpieces. The vacuum force can be adapted using one to four suction cups, allowing flexible configuration according to application requirements and part geometries.

The gripper supports both RS-485 (Modbus RTU) communication and digital I/O, providing seamless connectivity with industrial robots, collaborative robots, PLCs, and automation systems.

Ideal for electronics assembly, packaging, laboratory automation, logistics, machine tending, consumer goods manufacturing, and robotic pick-and-place applications requiring compact, efficient, and air-free vacuum handling.
