Compact Parallel Electric Gripper for Precision Automation Applications
This 2-finger parallel electric gripper is designed for automation tasks that require precision, reliability, and easy integration. Featuring synchronized parallel motion and repeatability of ±0.02 mm, it provides consistent positioning for pick-and-place, assembly, inspection, and small-part handling applications.
The gripper offers a total stroke of 20 mm (non adjustable), an adjustable gripping force from 8 to 20 N, and a recommended payload capacity of up to 0.3 kg. Its rack-and-pinion transmission combined with a cross roller guide ensures smooth motion, high durability, and excellent operational stability.
Powered by 24 VDC, with a maximum power consumption of only 5 W and an IP40 protection rating, the gripper is designed for continuous industrial operation. Its high-speed performance allows a complete one-way stroke in just 0.15 seconds, helping reduce cycle times and improve productivity.
